Dyckia Fragrans                        BackHomeNext

There are so many different genera of bromeliads!  I've yet to explore many of them including Dyckias. I have a couple, but have never made the effort to collect yet.  But this one caught my eye right away and now I have several. I was surprised how quickly they grow and how much they pup.  It is the most glossy, CHOCOLATE colored of all my plants.  The leaves have a pinkish cast underneath. I've heard it has a wonderful aroma when the white flowers appear. I can't wait!  The third picture is the cherry color it develops when grown in full sun all the time. The plants  for sale are mature plants measuring 10" or larger.

$24.99
