Everyone has a different "style" in presenting their plants. Some people are scientific and serious and some don't tell you much of anything except the name. I like to be informative when I think the information is reliable, but in this instance I just know that the looks AND the name of this plant made me have to have it! This Portea Alatisepala has a bloom that is really eye candy! It's BRIGHT pink and violet and full of energy. Grown in shadier conditions, it will remain green, but if given full sun, it will turn a toasty red color. It pups a lot and the bloom lasts for months!
