The Portea Jungles is kind of wild looking now that I think about it. This is a fairly large bromeliad that looks handsome in a pot or in the ground. It can take sun and wind, and develops such an unusual shade of soft reddish brown, kind of like chocolate pudding. The leaves grow straight up and out (wild). The bloom stands high and has pink and red berries that eventually open to violet flowers. The mature plants are un-bloomed.

If purchasing multiple plants, a shipping discount will be configured on your final invoice. This time of year we ship all plants well insulated, but be sure to arrange for your package to not be exposed to the elements for an extended period of time.
